Ian Richards named as sales and marketing director for Park Resorts

Holiday park operator Park Resorts has named Ian Richards as its new sales and marketing director, assuming responsibility from Ritchie Jones for the firm’s touring and holiday home sales marketing, digital development and oversight of its contact centre.

David Boden, CEO, Park Resorts, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Iain to the Park Resorts team. He has a wealth of experience in marketing, yield management, social media and digital and I am sure he will drive forward the marketing strategy for the Park Resorts Group.”

Richards added: “I am delighted to be joining Park Resorts at such an exciting time. The last 12 months have been busy for the company and I’m very much looking forward to building on recent successes and ensuring the business remains at the top of its game with continued improvement and growth,” says Iain.”

Rchards arrives from GLH hotels where he served for eight years, most recently as marketing and communications director. Previous to this he had worked with both National Express Group and Express Newspapers.
