Bauer Media UK has made a raft of appointments as it completes the team for its new ‘client-centred service’ for all its commercial partners.

The creative marketplace sales team and brand solutions team will now mirror each other with agency group directors working collaboratively to create ad solutions.

Simon Kilby will head up the Marketplace Sales teams under the new structure, driving commercial strategy, trading and digital. Meanwhile the Creative and Brand Solutions team, led by head of creative and brand solutions, Clare Chamberlain, will focus on delivering "inspiring ideas" and creative solutions to agency leaders.

The appointments come after Bauer, which counts brands such as Heat, Kiss, Grazia, Empire, Magic and Absolute Radio among its portfolio, announced the completion of the company’s commercial leadership team – including head of operations Colette Lister and head of creative suite James Wilson – to create a “new, refreshed and refocused” service.

Richard Dunmall, group managing director, advertising, Bauer Media UK, commented: “Our new team has great synergy and I’m excited to see the brilliant set-up grow as it provides a first-class service to our clients and customers looking to connect with Bauer’s multi-platform brands."

Earlier this month Phil Alexander, editor-in-chief of Bauer’s Mojo and Kerrang! magazines, assumed responsibility for music monthly Q as part of a move to establish a senior content team to offer content and commercial solutions for artists, labels and clients across the Bauer music portfolio.
