National Lottery operator Camelot has handed the contract for its media services support to Vizeum, following a competitive pitch process.

The company, which owns Lotto, EuroMillions and National Lottery Instants, hired Vizeum after reviewing its current planning and buying arrangements in a bid to move them in line with ‘shifting media landscapes’.

Sally Cowdry, Camelot’s marketing and consumer director, said: “Today’s increasingly fragmented and complex media landscape has led to a significant shift of consumer behaviour.

“Vizeum has a fantastic track record across both the traditional and digital media landscapes, and presented some truly unique and exciting ideas. We are very much looking forward to working with them on our new integrated media brief.”

The review process was managed by pitch consultant Oystercatchers.
