GoDaddy appoints MEC for media planning activity

GoDaddy has appointed MEC to handle its media planning activity.

Appointment: MEC is handling media planning

The deal marks the first time the brand has worked with MEC, and the agency is currently managing media for a GoDaddy TV campaign.

Stefano Maruzzi, EMEA vice-president at GoDaddy, said: “GoDaddy is focused on helping small business owners in the UK reach their goals.

“MEC impressed us with its understanding of our proposition and knowledge of our target audience.”

Sarah Hennessy, managing director at MEC UK, added: “It’s really satisfying for the team to work with such a like-minded brand, and we’re confident our planned activity will effectively reach and engage with small businesses and start-ups around the country.”

MEC’s work for GoDaddy will focus on offline campaigns.
