BirdSong appoints Clarity PR to build brand awareness

BirdSong, the on-demand social media analytics platform, has hired Clarity PR on a retained basis to handle its communications.

The agency has been tasked with accelerating BirdSong’s growth and building brand awareness – the analytics platform has already gained customers in 88 countries, from individual social media experts through to larger agencies since it began offering its pay-as-you-go social media reports in public beta earlier this year.

Sami McCabe, CEO of Clarity PR commented: “BirdSong is solving a real problem with social media analytics. We’re excited about bringing this problem to life, and positioning BirdSong as the perfect solution. Our ultimate aim is to establish BirdSong as the most effective social media analytics platform in the world.”

BirdSong was founded in 2013 by entrepreneurs Jamie and Katherine Riddell and will be contributing to The Drum Live event on 9 July.
