Periscopix and Purestone took home last night’s Grand Prix prizes at the first RAR Digital Awards held at London’s Montcalm Hotel, Marble Arch.
Launched this year the RAR Digital Awards sets out to reward the best performing agencies as voted by clients and looks across all the key digital disciplines, recognising digital agencies delivering outstanding results with the highest level of client satisfaction.
Steve Antoniewicz, RAR MD, explained: "Last year we restructured our data and adjusted out ratings process. The main driver for this was digital, we had to recognise all of the individual specialisms and strengths within the digital industry. That change enabled us to create this fantastic event.
"These awards will help clients recognise the agencies who deliver, through digital services, not just superb levels of performance but also amazing results. We looked at ratings and commentary from global and local brands to finalise the shortlists for the awards, and I have to say that across all categories was incredibly competitive.
"The winners, and those who made the shortlists, should be really proud of the work they have done for their clients. Congratulations."
Grand Prix winner (over 40 staff) Periscopix took home the most awards winning a total of seven adding On Budget (over 40 staff), Analytics, Optimisation, Search (over 40 staff), Client Service (over 40 staff) and Effect (over 40 staff) to the Grand Prix prize.
Taking home two awards apiece were Yoyo Design (On Time (under 40 staff), Value for Money); The Agency (Client Service (under 40 staff), Online) and iCrossingUK (Digital Strategy (over 40 staff), Online Media Buying).

Finalists and winners for the RAR Digital Awards were selected based on their performance as told by their clients who rated agencies for the digital services they buy such as e-commerce, mobile, social, e-crm, development, UX and more.
