Ad of the day: Channel 4 Comedy Gala- Marmite Neglect
Alan Carr adds his own unique twist on the 'Marmite neglect' ad with a couple of extra scenes inserted into the original.
Looking strangely fetching in a blonde wig and babydoll negligee, he hopes to lure in one of the rescue team who he's called in order to report his own case of neglect. Things don't quite go according to plan, however; and not even Marmite-smeared lady lumps can save him.
The ad was created as part of Channel 4’s Comedy Gala ad break takeover, which aired on 5 June.
