D1 London Gin hands PR account to Fanclub PR following successful launch campaign

D1 London Gin, which launched earlier this month, has appointed Fanclub to handle its PR.

Fanclub, which has been appointed as the brand's retained agency following a successful launch campaign, will begin work on PR and social media strategy throughout the summer establishing key serves with significant luxury bars and off-trade stockists.

Dominic Limbrey, the founder of D1 London Gin commented: “An innovative gin brand needs innovative partners who understand the market, which is why Fanclub is ideal for us. The team proved themselves capable of establishing D1 London Gin on the map with influencers throughout our launch phase and we look forward to driving further innovation in the gin category with Fanclub.”

The launch campaign saw Fanclub work with prominent blogger Gin Monkey and cocktail experts London Bar Consultants to create a dual drinks and lifestyle strategy that focused on a contemporary luxury positioning.

The gin was previewed by rapper Tinie Tempah at a Banksy exhibition at London's Hotel Me.
