Pringles launches ‘Free Umbro Football Shirt’ promotion

Pringles has launched its 2014 ‘Pringoooals’ campaign with an EMEA wide on-pack promotion to celebrate this summer’s football.

The campaign, created by ATOM Marketing, sees Pringles activate a brand alliance with sportswear giant Umbro to create a limited edition football shirt designed exclusively for Pringles consumers. Consumers can choose from two colours (red & white or white & black) and claim a free shirt with the purchase of two cans of Pringles.

The promotion features on millions of promotional cans across 27 countries in Europe and will be supported with a new global TV campaign running for six week throughout May and June.

The Pringles campaign by ATOM comes hot on the heels of its work with Müller, the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer, launching a new on-pack promotion in partnership with Bauer Media’s weekly football magazine, MATCH!

The promotion, which offers kids in the UK and the Republic of Ireland a free copy of MATCH! magazine with every promotional pack of Kids Corner Football Champions, runs until 5th August.
