Commenting on the promotion, De Groose said she was “excited to have the opportunity to lead our UK operations for Dentsu Aegis Network”.
The appointment comes as Rob Horler, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Northern Europe, takes on additional responsibilities of overseeing the continued global development of Dentsu Aegis’s iProspect, Carat Enterprise and Data2Decisions brands.
De Groose will report to Horler, who said: “I am delighted to appoint Tracy to the role of CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network UK. Under Tracy’s leadership as CEO of Carat UK, our business has gone from strength to strength. Tracy has been instrumental in creating a strong leadership team, winning new business and driving excellence in performance and capability. I have no doubt that Tracy will drive further success for our UK business in her new role and we wish her every success.”
Following the appointment, Matthew Hook, managing director of Carat UK, will lead the Carat UK business.
