VCCP has promoted Sophie Maunder-Allan, who delivered the strategy for O2’s Be More Dog campaign, to become CEO of its CRM and data business VCCPme.

Maunder-Allen, who was previously chief strategy officer at VCCP, will now be responsible for the strategic direction and vision of VCCPme.

She said of her appointment: “I’m really excited about this opportunity to deliver truly progressive digital CRM. With the talent we have in digital, social, CRM and data within the VCCP Partnership, I believe we can rapidly deliver a genuine twin engine to VCCP.”

The appointment comes as Ben Stephens, currently managing partner of VCCPme, is set to leave the agency in June to pursue other interests.

He said: “Building SFW and helping create VCCPme has been a great adventure. After nine years it’s time for a new one.”

Other changes in the VCCPme teams sees Steve Mattey promoted from managing partner of VCCPme to chief operating officer, while Sharon Last takes the position of MD.
