Marriot Hotels appoints LikeFriends to handle digital activity for new Moxy Hotels chain
Marriott hotels has appointed Amsterdam-based social media agency LikeFriends to handle digital activity for the launch of new hotel chain Moxy Hotels.
The agency has been tasked with developing a digital strategy for the launch as well as designing the Moxy Hotels website and handling social media platforms.
Launch: The first hotel opens in September
The new hotel chain aims to attract the “millennial traveller”, according to a statement, and hotels will offer "the latest technology”.
Ramesh Jackson, global brand manager for Moxy Hotels, said: “Digital marketing plays an integral role in our overall communications strategy and we needed a strong and creative agency partner to help bring this new brand to life.
