Idris Elba is again the star of a Sky ad, as he exalts the values of the Sky+HD box in a new campaign by Brothers and Sisters.

The 40 second ad, part of a £5m campaign for Sky+, promotes the ability to catch up on back-series of shows including Mad Men and 24.

Andy Fowler, ECD and founder Brothers and Sisters, says: “Sky are the curators of cutting edge television and Idris was the star of The Wire, one of the most popular box sets. His love and respect for the brilliantly written and acted masterpieces of television leaps off the screen."

Stink and Framestore were responsible for production and post-production of the TV ad.

The campaign, set to run for five weeks, will also include digital, outdoor and on-demand.
