Thomson has opened the doors to its sixth five star Sensatori Resort located in Jamaica and set on the seven mile beach in Negril.
For the hotel Thomson has teamed up with renowned British fashion designer, Jonathan Sanders, to create a range of limited edition beach wear for men and women and, in a first for the fashion designer, Saunders has also turned his hand to interior design created the hotel’s bespoke Amber pool and beach area.
The area itself contains bold coloured cushions, Bali beds, drapes and umbrellas in Saunders’ signature off-bear print and colour combinations.

Jamaica is a key destination for Thomson, providing unique culture, unspoilt beaches and impressive scenery we have increased our capacity to the destination from summer 2014 and hope customers will enjoy the delights this fantastic destination has to offer.”
To mark the opening Thomson created a water projection at the resort, the 3D projection of model Nadja Giramata was broadcast onto the Caribbean Sea on Negirl beach, to showcase the hotels features.
Marketing director for Thomson, Jeremy Ellis, added: “We are delighted to have opened our sixth Sensatori Resort in Jamaica this week and are incredibly proud to have marked the occasion by creating Jamaica's first water projection - a spectacular water projection out on the Caribbean Sea.”
Guests arriving at the resort from 8 June will receive an item from Saunders’ collection as an exclusive gift, the partnership with Saunders follows a similar collaboration last year between Thomson and millner Phillip Treacy marking the opening of the Sensatori Resort in Turkey.
