Publicis Groupe customer engagement agency Rosetta has appointed Alexander Ouvaroff to the team to lead the Los Angeles office.

Joining from Mindshare, where he held the role of managing partner, Western region lead, Ouvaroff will now look to expand Rosetta’s West Coast business, while also overseeing account management for some of the agency’s key Los Angeles-based clients.

“I’m very excited to be joining the team and look forward to helping the agency establish a clear leadership position in the Los Angeles market,” said Ouvaroff.

He will oversee around 70 employees and report to Rosetta managing partner Grant McDougall.

Of the appointment, McDougall said: “He’s an ideal fit for our larger agency growth strategy and value proposition, which is based around marrying material business impact with meaningful human benefit. We’re proud to welcome him to the Rosetta family.”

Prior to Mindshare, Ouvaroff held leadership positions at both MRM//McCann and Red Bull.
