Liverpool-based branding agency USP Creative has strengthened its senior team after appointing Anna McCallum to the role of client services director.

Anna brings over 15 years’ marketing and agency experience having previously worked with clients including Diageo, adidas, Nintendo and Cancer Research UK.

Anna said: “USP Creative caught my eye because of its attitude and great track-record of bringing exceptional projects to life. Having spent much of my career in London, I’m excited to be back in the North West.”

Alex Rose, managing director of USP Creative, said: “Anna is a perfect fit for the agency. Her depth of experience means she is well-placed to oversee our client-base and we are thrilled to bits to welcome her to the USP fold.”

Anna’s appointment follows the hiring of Paul Symes as Head of Digital earlier in the year. Paul joins the agency with more than a decade’s experience leading development on a wide range of international projects for luxury automotive brands and media companies such as the BBC and Pearson.

The appointments come on the back of a successful growth period for the agency which has seen a number of new client wins including digital branding projects for online marketing specialists HitSearch and Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
