Quantcast appoints Yahoo’s Marcus Harper as head of international client development

Digital advertising audience measurement company Quantcast has appointed Marcus Harper as head of international client development.

Prior to joining Quantcast, Harper was head of strategic accounts EMEA at Yahoo for two years, where he was responsible for Yahoo’s top EMEA clients.

In his new role Harper will be responsible for heading international client development and focusing on global brands and agencies.

Commenting on his appointment, Harper said: “I see the growing value in the market for analysing and leveraging big data for advertisers and publishers alike. In this role, I aim to not only maintain Quantcast’s reputation as an industry leader, but also to expand our offering and foster better relationships with new and existing clients.

Harper held previous positions at Yahoo as business director and automotive category director.
