Having sometimes almost revelled in the confusion caused by their Kafka-esque website, Ryanair slyly acknowledge their public perception with this playful ad. Dave is "trying" to book his family's flights with the airline, but while we all know that 'trying' usually means 'attempting in vain', here it simply means he is going through a process after which he meets with success.
