Partners Andrews Aldridge has announced three new hires and two promotions to its creative team, led by creative director Paul Snoxell.

The new structure sees the introduction of three roles at the agency: deputy creative director, head of design and head of digital display, taking the total creative department headcount to 26.

Richard Worrow and Ross Newton have been promoted to the new roles of deputy creative directors, with a remit to assist in the day-to-day running of the creative department.

"Rich and Ross are good guys and excellent creative leaders. They win pitches and gongs, and they're also very ambitious and capable; giving them new responsibilities was a no-brainer,” Snoxell said.

Guy Sexty, who previously ran his own company, has become the head of design for Partners Andrews Aldridge.

"Getting Guy on board is a real coup for us. As well as bringing a sackful of awards and the experience of a couple of decades at the top of the game to share with us, he also brings a completely new way of looking at our creative projects and challenges," said Snoxell.

Darren Stevenson has also joined the company as head of digital display, while Aneta Pertkiewicz joins Partners as a digital designer.
