British heritage brand Jack Wills has teamed up with STA Travel and concise newspaper the I to launch “Young Brits” a new national search for eight 16-25 year olds who are “doing the extraordinary”.

The programme is set to provide young people who have excelled in one of four categories – creativity, enterprise, innovation and endurance – the chance to showcase their talent, receive professional mentoring and win prizes, including a feature in a Jack Wills campaign.

The competition is open to anyone within the age range who feels they have done something “extraordinary” with 40 semi-finalists set to be chosen by the public. A panel of judges, including editor of the I Oliver Duff and CEO of STA Travel John Constable, will then judge the semi-finalists in their particular category.

Entries close on 15 May with winners set to be announced in September. Two winners from each category will each win £5000 cash, £500 Jack Wills voucher, a feature in a Jack Wills campaign and professional mentoring with one of the judges from the panel.
