Pro-cycling team Omega Pharma – Quick Step looks to ensure maximum value from commercial sponsorships with RadiumOne partnership

Omega Pharma – Quick Step (OPQS) has confirmed a global partnership with digital advertising company RadiumOne which sees the cycling tem use the Po.st platform to process and act on the data amassed from its social platforms.

The partnership hopes to enable OPQS to extract maximum value from it commercial partnerships and will enable the pro-cycling team to use RadiumOne’s software across its digital, mobile and social presence, giving it real-time insight into what is driving digital engagement amongst its fanbase.

Marnix Drysdale, commercial director at OPQS, praised RadiumOne’s ability to “bring an incredible level of granular detail about our digital audiences which we can action quickly as a team”.

RadiumOne’s commercial director Europe, Abeed Janmohamed, added: “Cycling has a die-hard fan base with a voracious appetite for content from riders like Mark Cavendish. Using our tools will mean that OPQS will be able to connect with its audiences, wherever they are. Not only will this help with its own digital content strategies but it means it is equipped to activate sponsorships for its partners, driving real commercial value to both the team and its sponsors alike.”

By using RadiumOne’s tools the cycling team will work toward delivering more targeted and relevant content to its connected audiences and boost engagement levels on its own content as well as providing relevant and valuable audiences for its various commercial partners.
