Stoke City have confirmed that Adidas will no longer be their official kit provider following the 2013/14 premier League season, opening the door to a new provider.

City chief executive Tony Scholes said: “Our partnership with Adidas has been successful for both parties during some exciting times at the Club which has included an FA Cup Final & Europa qualification.

"We would like to thank them for their support over the past four years and wish them every success for the future.”

Adidas added: “We have enjoyed a very successful partnership since 2010, which has seen the club establish themselves in the Barclays Premier League and we wish everyone at Stoke all the best for the future.”

A clear-out sale of the club’s existing Adidas stock will take place between 27 and 30 March.
