British fragrance house Yardley London has launched a contemporary collection of two new 60s-inspired fragrances, ‘Jade’ and ‘Chrome’.

Midlands based creative agency Chapter has been involved in the launch project from the product development stage, advising on all aspects of the two new fragrance brands, from naming and creative strategy through to packaging design, press advertising and in-store POS collateral.

Quentin Higham, managing director of Yardley London, said: “Our new contemporary fragrance collection is our most significant launch of the year. These two new additions represent a new era for the Yardley brand. Chapter’s close understanding of the sector, our audience and future trends enabled us to create a premium product with an attractive price point.”

Ricky Neault, Chapter head, said: “For Chapter, this has been a unique opportunity to work with one of the great British brands, developing new products from start to finish - from inception through to launch - as well as producing the packaging and advertising campaigns. It’s a partnership we’re very proud of.”

‘Jade’ celebrates the iconic swinging 60s with a crisp, green floral fragrance for ladies, while men’s scent ‘Chrome’ aims to reflect the “timeless cool” of the decade and marks the Yardley London’s first premium male fragrance in its current portfolio.
