Bourne Leisure appoints Diffusion to handle PR for Warner Leisure Hotels

Bourne Leisure, owner of Haven Holidays and Butlins, has appointed Diffusion as the retained PR agency for its Warner Leisure Hotels brand following a competitive pitch.

The agency has been tasked with building the brand’s customer base through a campaign promoting Warner Leisure’s services for people in retirement. Diffusion will also drive bookings for Warner’s Star Breaks events, which have The Osmonds, Billy Ocean and Elaine Paige among the line-ups this year.

Hannah Sardar, PR manager at Warner Leisure Hotels, said: “We recognise that we always need to evolve our offering and ensure we keep appealing to each new generation that looks forward to how they are going to spend their free time as they reach retirement. We want to be part of that conversation at a national level.”

Daljit Bhurji, global managing director at Diffusion, added: “Diffusion has been given an exciting opportunity to place Warner Leisure Hotels at the heart of the debate about redefining what retirement means today and to help drive the continued business success of the group.”
