Heineken offers pubs specific reward options in Our Shout campaign

Heineken has launched Our Shout, a trade marketing promotion, offering pubs and bars specific reward options including branded consumer Wi-Fi.

Created with whynot!, the campaign looks to prove personalised marketing, with the agency being responsible for managing fulfillment and implementation of all rewards.

Nick Whitehurst, CEO at whynot! said: “Our Shout is more than an incentive for customers to stock Heineken brands. It is a massive opportunity for them to use our expertise to drive trade in a highly competitive market and make a real impact as a business. Think of it as an outlet’s own personalised marketing agency, only better.”

As well as Wi-Fi, other reward options include a bespoke website, social media and local advertising, and bespoke POS.

Andrew Turner, on trade category and trade marketing director at Heineken, explained: “We recognise that the best way to engage with our customers is to help them engage with their consumers.

“Every pub and bar that signs up to Our Shout is unique and each will have different expectations and requirements. The personalised marketing service and incentives the scheme offers can be tailored to suit specific needs of our customers. We’re confident that the reward options will deliver significant tangible benefits to participating outlets, enhancing services and experiences for their existing clientele while increasing their ability to attract new customers.”

Further activity is expected later in the year.
