The Drum has launched a study into the experiences of women working in the marketing services industries, continuing its commitment to championing women in the sector.

The Drum launches Women in Marketing Study

The inaugural piece of research, The Drum’s Women in Marketing Study, launches today, Monday 10 March, with the objective of identifying the challenges currently facing women in the industry.

The survey is the next move in The Drum’s continued commitment to highlighting the contribution of women across the marketing industries, and complements our regular Girl Guides series, which celebrates successful inspiring female role models in the digital space.

Female members of the marketing, advertising, digital, design and PR industries are encouraged to share their experiences and opinions by completing the anonymous survey here. The survey will remain open until Friday 28 March.

As part of the research, The Drum is also surveying agencies to establish their male:female staff numbers in a bid to identify what, if any, inequalities persist in the marketing sector. Agencies are invited to supply this information to aid our research via a separate survey here.
