Dreams appoints BBD Perfect Storm to build post purchase relationship

Dreams has appointed BBD Perfect Storm to help the bed retailer push into the Home Mover market as well build a greater relationship with its consumers post purchase.

Appointed following a three-way pitch, BBD Perfect Storm will now handle advertising, digital and CRM.

Dreams marketing controller, Simon Moore said: “BBD Perfect Storm really impressed us. We are making some step changes to how we approach our marketing and they presented a very compelling view of how we could exploit new market potential. We were also very aligned in terms of the direction of the Dreams brand.”

The retailer recently added to its marketing team, with the appointment of marketing director, Lisa Bond.

Jason Foo, CEO at BBD Perfect Storm, remarked on the “enormous potential in this area of retail for taking the brand to new audiences”, adding that it will make conversations with customers more interesting.
