The concluding episode of a four-part series produced by Adaptive Lab, Saalim Chowdhury, head of digital innovation and product strategy at Trinity Mirror speaks about the transformation of digital businesses through innovation.

Posing the question ‘corporate innovation: an oxymoron?’, Chowdhury touches on ideation, through proposition definition to product launch, and pulls on his own experience of culture change within Trinity Mirror, and how that came about from an overhaul of the way the business was run.

Now on a flatter employee basis with the importance focusing on team work, he explains how big corporations are still able to keep up with the moving crowd.
