GoDaddy has appointed Bite to handle PR for EMEA, as the company looks to expand its brand.

The brief initially covers the UK market and pan-EMEA Hub coordination and includes strategic planning, campaign management, content creation and influencer relations.

“Bite has a great reputation for being able to land messages in a creative and compelling way with small businesses,” said Susie Penner, GoDaddy’s senior director of public relations. “We understand the importance of a powerful content strategy for us to succeed in EMEA and Bite’s expertise in this area will play an important role in helping us achieve our business goals.”

Bite will now co-ordinate with Go Daddy in both the US and locally.

Bite’s European managing director Kath Easthope said: “GoDaddy is a brilliant new client for Bite and the opportunities are endless given the ambition of the business. There are some really interesting developments in this space and we’ll be unleashing the full breadth of Bite services to deliver a campaign that does GoDaddy’s justice.”

This comes following GoDaddy appointing a US agency last month.
