Intermarketing Agency, the Leeds-based integrated marketing agency, has created two new senior roles within its studio team.

Paul Phillips, formerly Head of Design at the agency, has been promoted to creative director. Paul has worked with the agency for eight years on major accounts such as adidas.

Rich Gell, formerly of McGrath Rainey Laird, has joined Intermarketing, also as a creative director. Rich has a broad range of agency and client side experience, spanning the retail, travel and financial sectors and has worked with brands including Animal and Red Bull.

The two new creative directors will support the agency’s award-winning creative partners, Michael Harris and Paul Mountford.

Paul Mountford said: "We have a team of extremely talented and hardworking creatives and a healthy and growing client base. The creation of the new senior posts cements the team together and gives us a great platform for future growth. It allows myself and fellow Creative Partner Michael Harris to work with clients on a more strategic level, and to develop the overall creative proposition of the agency.“

Paul Phillips said: ”The new structure brings a more robust and structured way of working to the studio. I’m looking forward to the four of us working together as a team and being a stronger creative unit.”

Intermarketing Agency won a host of awards including The Marketing Industry Network’s Integrated Marketing Agency of the Year 2013. The team of 65 deliver creative marketing solutions for clients such as adidas, Jet2.com, La Redoute, RSA and Shop Direct.
