Arla appoints Space to handle BTL for chocolate milk brand Cocio

Arla has appointed Space to handle it’s below the line communications for chocolate milk brand Cocio.

The agency, which has worked with Arla in the past, will be responsible for developing a programme of initiatives aimed at driving trial and growing brand awareness as the product launches in the UK.

Gareth Turner, senior brand manager for dairy drinks at Arla Foods, said: “We’ve worked with Space before on our bottled milk drinks category and found them to have a fresh and engaging approach. Cocio is hugely popular in its home market and we believe there is equal potential for the brand in the UK. Space has proven experience in creating work that secures loyal customers which is exactly what we’re looking for with Cocio.”

Cocia currently exists in Denmark, and Space will be able to interpret the brand’s creative messaging for a UK audience.
