The Media Group extends partnership with RAF sponsored Air Show

The RAF’s largest air show, at RAF Waddington, has announced the appointment of The Media Group to produce this year’s official DVD and provide exhibition support.

The Media Group is a Nottingham-based creative agency, working across events, digital, video, design and print.

The air show, to be held in Lincolnshire on the 5th and 6th July this year, is one of the UK’s leading outdoor family events, attended annually by over 140,000 visitors. The 2014 air show will feature the 50th anniversary of the Red Arrows and the 70th anniversary of D-Day.

Paul Sall, air show director, said: “Plans are well under way for another compelling air show. We’re delighted to extend our partnership with The Media Group. The DVD production captures the action in the sky and also goes behind the scenes to highlight the stories on the ground.”

The Media Group will also run ‘RAF On Air’, a multimedia exhibition hangar providing education and insights into the Royal Air Force, past and present.

Victoria Phillipson, media manager at The Media Group, said: “We’re very much looking forward to working with RAF Waddington again. The video and exhibition work adds to our portfolio of exciting, outdoor events.”
