HomeServe hires Big Communications to boost customer base across range of services
HomeServe has appointed Big Communications to handle through the line activity following a five-way pitch.
The agency has been tasked with working on a number integrated campaigns aimed at boosting HomeServe’s customer base across its insurance and warranty services. The work will include through the line briefs for products such as plumbing and drainage cover.
Paul Gommersall, HomeServe’s director of acquisitions, said: “The team at Big demonstrated an approach that was both pragmatic and practical, as well as creative; which is a very compelling combination for a business in such a competitive sector.”

The account will be headed up by managing partner Jamie Heath from the agency’s Birmingham office with support from senior account manager Sarah Hunston.
