Food for the Brain, a not-for-profit organisation, is looking to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease in a new campaign, created by marketing agency Fox.

The campaign, Plan B – Positive Action on Alzheimer’s, looks to educate the public on nutrition for the brain, and will include a dedicated website, online marketing and social media campaign, and dedicated corporate supporter’s packages.

Jenny Adamson, general manager at Food for the Brain, said: “Recent research has proven that the right nutrition can help prevent Alzheimer’s, and Food for the Brain is committed to both educating the public and furthering research in this important area. Food for the Brain appointed Fox for their creativity, knowledge and experience in the sector of cause related marketing.”

One the main aims of the campaign is to encourage those aged between 50 and 70 to take the Food for the Brain Cognitive Function Test, to help identify early signs of cognitive impairment.
