Pirelli turns to social media with Tamba appointment as it aims to grow UK brand awareness

Pirelli Tyres’ UK social media account has been awarded to Tamba, which has been tasked with helping grow the company’s business objectives through social channels.

The agency has been briefed with engaging, educating and growing the brand’s social presence over the next 12 months after coming through a six-way-pitch,

Matt Bell, digital marketing manager for Pirelli Tyres, explained that Tamba's "hands on" approach to the brief, demonstrating how the brand could engage with audiences through social, was what won the agency the contract.

From now, Tamba will deliver a number of social media campaigns which will aim to feature engaging and targeted content, as well as creative devices, in order to grow the brand within the UK.
