Russell Oakely has been named head of business development for Twofour Digital.
Reporting to Mark Hawkins, Twofour Digital’s MD, Oakley has been tasked with driving the development of Twofour’s digital arm and building relationships with clients across brands, broadcasters and the public sector.
Hawkins said: “At Twofour, we look to attract the best talent in the industry - Russell comes with an enviable track record and is already developing new and exciting propositions for our customers.”
Oakley has joined the agency from Scorch London and previously worked with brands and broadcasters including ITV, Honda, Renault, Levi’s, Kelloggs, RBS, Subway and Unilever.
Russell has assumed responsibilities at Twofour with immediate effect.
