A team of computer savvy Quentin Tarantino buffs have combined their passion with their talents to create a novel 8-bit videogame interpretation of cinema classic Pulp Fiction.

CineFix condensed the film into a 2-min clip replaying all the key moments in the film – but did so by pixelating the likes of John Travolta, Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson into a form which would not have looked out of place on a 1980s videogame.

A sonic treat is also on display as the coders re-imagined the films score in a series of nostalgic bleeps and bloops for full authenticity.
