Sky has revved up its Christmas campaign with the unveiling of a 90 second ad, building on the 60 second spot created by WCRS and placed by Mediacom.

The 90 second spot launched online yesterday, 20 December, and will be aired across Sky’s owned channels from 23 December before appearing during the Downtown Abbey Christmas special on Christmas day.

The spot shows a London cabby play a part in several stories, before returning home to his family.

Leon Jaume, executive creative director at WCRS, said: “On behalf of the families, the lovers, the would-be lovers, the workers, the deserving, the thoughtful, and the optimists wherever you are - this one's for you. A very Happy Christmas from Sky.”

Further ads are set to launch on Christmas Eve.
