1000heads Sydney has won the Bupa Australia social media account.
Part of the brief is to manage Bupa’s complaints handling process through social channels.
“Improving our triage management, engaging with new audiences and expanding our #healthychat is vital to improving the relationships we already have with our audiences, and providing valuable and easy-to-understand information to our followers,” said Ruth Felice, digital engagement/social media specialist at Bupa said.
“We look forward to working with the team at 1000heads to deliver this.”
Joanne Jacobs, Chief Operating Officer of 1000heads Sydney said: “Shopping for health insurance and seeking trusted healthcare advice online can be complicated and sometimes intimidating process.
“We hope to support Bupa in making the process a lot simpler and clearer for their potential customers through ongoing social communications.”
Bupa has previously been working with Clemenger BBDO and The Hallway.
