Off-licence chain Bargain Booze has unveiled its 2013 Christmas ad campaign, aiming to engage new and existing customers with its drinks promotions.

Set to break tonight (Tuesday 10 December) on ITV, the ad parodies the ambassador’s reception with Scotch eggs being handed out to party guests on a silver platter which, as luck would have it, ties in with Bargain Booze’s Christmas Eve promotion which sees the chain giving away thousands of free Scotch eggs to its customers.

Adam Burnett, Bargain Booze marketing director, said: “With its stripped-back style of humour and clear message of great booze and great bargains, this new campaign supports our proposition of simplicity and straightforward value. We expect it to deliver strong footfall for our franchisees this Christmas.”

Created by Bargain Booze’s new ad agency More, the TV execution will run for two weeks and is supported by national radio and digital advertising.
