Publicis Worldwide names Roberto Lima as chairman of Brazil agencies
Roberto Lima has been announced as chairman of all Publicis Worldwide agencies in Brazil, including Publicis Brazil and Talent, among others.
“Roberto is a very well-known top executive in Brazil. His 35 years of experience in multinational companies in Brazil gave him a unique perspective on the market as well as its potential for our local and international clients,” said Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis Worldwide.
Lima joins from telecommunications company Vivo, where he most recently served as CEO and president.
His appointment comes ahead of several key events taking place in Brazil, including the World Cup and Olympics, with Lima saying he sees many opportunities for Publicis in Brazil.
