Real-time advertising firm Improve Digital hires Andrew Shephard from Theorem

Real-time advertising firm Improve Digital has appointed Andrew Shephard as UK publisher account manager, who joined from Theorem, where he held the role of client services manager for UK operations.

In the new role, he will be responsible for overseeing service and strategy for publishers on the Improve platform, and will report to UK managing director, Sue Hunt, who joined the company in September.

Hunt said: “Andrew’s background in publisher operations and technology, and expertise in client services, makes him a great asset for our customers and for the existing team.

“Investing in our service and support is central to our strategy in the UK, and I am confident we now have a world class team in place to continue our growth.”

Prior to Improve Digital and Theorem, Shephard spend seven years at Dennis Publishing, which included a role as ad operation manager.

Other recent appointments at Improve Digital include UK demand and partnerships account director Jonathan Di Sapia, and UK RTB specialist Omar Clarke.
