Twitter teams with O2 to roll out promoted products for SMEs

Twitter has today rolled out its promoted products service to all SMEs in the UK and Ireland, as well as announcing a partnership with O2 Business.

The partnership with O2 Business will see small and medium businesses educated on how best to use Twitter to engage with their audience, as well as receiving credit to spend on Twitter ads through the self-service platform.

Announcing the move, Twitter said: “People come to Twitter to share information, follow their interests, and connect with the brands and local businesses they care about. With the availability of Twitter self-serve advertising, these companies can now increase the reach of the content they are already sharing on the platform.”

The Twitter products available include promoted accounts, promoted tweets and promoted trends.
