AS Watson appoints Mindshare to handle Superdrug and The Perfume Shop media accounts

AS Watson, the health and beauty retailer, has awarded Mindshare the UK and Ireland media accounts for Superdrug and The Perfume Shop following a competitive pitch process.

“This win will boost Mindshare’s credentials in retail where we already have a strong client base including Argos, TK Maxx and Homebase,” said Mindshare UK CEO Mark Creighton.

Planning and buying activity is set to kick off in December 2013, however Publicis Groupe's Zenithoptimedia previously handled the account and have readied the Christmas activity for the brands.
