Brands such as O2, Nokia and Delta Lloyd Group are set to speak at this year’s Service Design Network Conference, taking place in Cardiff this month.

Organised by the Service Design Network, the event, which is media partnered by The Drum, has the theme of transformation through service design.

Taking place on 19 and 20 November, the Service Design Global Conference (SDNC13) is where leading practitioners, businesses and academics present the latest thinking in the field of service design.

The conference will see Kerry Bodine from Forrester Research discuss the danger of big data; Ben Terrett and Rohan Gye from the Government Digital Service/DVLA discuss service design at scale; and Lee Sankey from Barclays discuss the new seriousness of design.
