The UK Government is putting its project management and full design team services framework out to tender, with the framework expected to go live in April 2014.

The framework will bring together project management, design and a number of ancillary technical services designed primarily to assist customers in delivering a wide range of capital projects. Lots one and five are designed to be used as a comprehensive “one stop” consultancy solution. Lots two, three and four are specialist elements which will be purchased individually.

The re-let work is being progressed by UK SBS, on behalf of GPS, and follows the expiration of the previous framework on 16 June.

According to the OJEU notice, a potential legacy spend of £100m has been built into the final year.
