Metro appoints Futureproof to handle video marketing for Metropolitan report

Metro, the international newspaper, has appointed Futureproof to produce a series of video trailers for its Metropolitan report.

Metro is published in over 150 cities around the world, including in the US, Canada, France and Spain, and Futureproof will look to promote the report by creating devise four typical metropolitan characters that embody the spirit and attitude of people that live in these cities.

Jeremy Bryant, VP global marketing at Metro, said: “We are very excited to work with such a multi-disciplinary agency to produce the videos, and secure a successful digital launch campaign of this year’s Metropolitan Report. Futureproof’s innovative and bold ideas confirmed to us from the start that they were the right partner for the project, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”

Futureproof will use data from the report to create a lighthearted script with accompanying animation, to bring the data to life.
