Call of Duty Ghosts on social: 15% discussing gaming features and controls, 22% discussing the first female character

Almost a million posts have been made of social media about Call of Duty Ghosts (994,191 relevant tweets, shares and posts) research from Crimson Hexagon’s ForSight platform has found.

Of these, it was found that 30 per cent are very excited over the release: of which 23 per cent showed general excitement about the game and seven per cent stated an intent to buy the game on release.

The Call of Duty Ghost research found that 15 per cent of those posting are talking about new gaming features and controls in the latest update.

It was also discovered that 22 per cent of users are discussing the first female character, 23 per cent discussed how much they liked the video trailer staring Megan Fox, and 11 per cent of those posting about the release are commenting on the Eminem track used for the video.
