Green Room Retail Design hires Oliver Disney from McCann as head of business development

Oliver Disney has left his position at McCann to join Green Room Retail Design as head of business development.

Disney leaves McCann after nine years at the agency and in his new role he has been tasked with generating new business in the UK, Europe and further afield.

As head of the new business, insights and marketing division, he will work with teams both in Birmingham and Amsterdam.

Steve Pearce, managing director of Green Room, said: “Oliver brings a wealth of new ideas and possibilities to our design practice.

“After several new appointments and new roles within the business, the Green Room business development team will focus on growing and maintaining partnerships and bolstering the creative-offering into new products and markets through strategy and insight.”

Other recent appointments at Green Room include Paul Mynard as creative director.
