Sore throat brand Strepsils has announced it has teamed up with producers of the X Factor to launch a new promotional competition on television and online.
Strepsils Star Moments will run for seven weeks and offers entrants the opportunity to win tickets for The X Factor Live Final at Wembley Arena.
Created by TMW the campaign comprises a series of videos from previous X Factor performances which fans watch in an effort to identify a key ‘star moment’ – that is the point at which the contestants voice is deemed to be at its best.
Chosen times are then submitted with the closest snapping up four coveted tickets to the final with new videos uploaded and released on a weekly basis.
Ad breaks showing the Strepsils TV advert will be compatible with Ad Sync, allowing access to the game on a dual screen and it will also be available on a campaign microsite, www.strepsils.co.uk/xfactor, where viewers can play across multiple devices
Social media activity, banner ads and TV idents produced by Havas will support the campaign.
